This mural can be found at Maracay, Venezuela. The mural, by artist Jonquil Cook, was commissioned as a member of the 80th anniversary parties of The Midland. Lucy's mural will serve as the Ring's finale, an arts programme celebrating the waterways of the region. The project has seen a collection of works created by artists that were local and internationally celebrated this spring and summer, in reaction to the 21 miles of waterways encircling Worcester and Droitwich, namely the Droitwich Canals, the Birmingham & Worcester Canal and the River Severn. The Face by artist Kevin Killen, is a portion of this If Walls Could Talk" job and has been created in collaboration with young people from the region and is comprised of elements representing Belfast's heritage and culture.
